1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, subscribing to, or using the SignChronix Digital Signature Certificate Management System (“the Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Provision of Service & License Grant

SignChronix grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely for internal business purposes, including the management of DSCs, client records, and movement logs.

Restrictions: You agree not to resell or sublicense the Service, create derivative works, reverse‑engineer any component, or use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate internal business operations.

3. User Responsibilities & Compliance

Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data entered.

Authorized Use & Client Consent: You represent that you have obtained all necessary lawful consent before uploading sensitive client data or transmitting communications on their behalf.

Account Security: You are responsible for confidentiality of credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Data & Document Management Architecture

  • Cloud Database Records: textual metadata stored securely in encrypted databases.
  • Zero Document Footprint: documents are stored in your authenticated Google Drive, not on our servers.
  • On‑the‑Fly Generation: receipts and reports are generated dynamically and not stored permanently.
  • Data Ownership: you retain sole ownership of your data.

5. Fees, Subscriptions & Payments

  • Service is provided on a subscription basis.
  • All fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignChronix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, regulatory fines, or data loss.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, unlawful activity, or non‑payment. Upon termination, you have a 30‑day grace period to export textual data, after which data is deleted.
