This Privacy Policy describes how SignChronix Digital Signature Certificate Management System (DSCMS) collects, uses, processes, and protects information when you use the platform. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Account / Subscriber Data: firm name, designated contact person, email address, phone number, and billing details collected during registration and account management.

Platform Data (Client Data): information you enter regarding your end-clients, which may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, PAN/Aadhaar text metadata, DSC token information, and movement logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account Data: provide customer support, process billing, send system notifications, and manage subscriptions.
• Platform Data: provide the SaaS functionality you subscribe to. We do not mine, analyze, sell, or leverage your Platform Data for marketing or commercial purposes.

3. Google API Services Compliance & Limited Use

SignChronix (DSCMS) complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Gmail Integration: We use Gmail API scopes (gmail.send, gmail.compose) only to send outbound emails and DSC receipts through your authenticated Google account. We do not read, scan, or monitor inbox data.

Google Drive Integration: We use the Google Drive API scope (drive.file) to create designated folders and upload DSC-related documents into your private Drive. The app only accesses files and folders it creates.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Sub‑Processors

• Cloud Infrastructure: textual metadata stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
• Communication APIs: when you send emails, recipient details and message content are processed via your authenticated provider (e.g., Gmail API).

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption in transit and encryption at rest for stored records. Documents stored in your Google Drive are protected by Google’s security controls.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

• We retain platform metadata during your active subscription.
• You may export your DSC records at any time using built-in tools.
• Upon cancellation, platform data is securely deleted within 30 days.
• Documents in your Google Drive remain under your control until you delete them.

7. Your Obligations Regarding Client Data

You are responsible for lawful consent, disclosure, and compliance for client data you process. SignChronix acts as a data processor on your behalf; your firm remains the data controller/fiduciary.
